my apartment is breaking in two, I applied to the office for another apartment and they say they are not available, but I have seen that they are accepting applications for new residents, there is roach infestation, I requested fumigation and they did not come to fumigate.

The facilities are very nice, it is a comfortable place to live, unfortunately the administrative staff lacks a lot, if the manager is not good, everything else will not be good, I am not criticizing or offending anyone simply, I comment on what I have seen, since I have no problem with anyone,

Parking is horrible at night, neighbors are loud until 4 am, people are loud during the day, theres trash all over the grounds, its sketchy to walk around alone, neighbors are rude, people drive through super fast

Management doesn’t care about people here

I live in this apartment 3 years and I liked it but they decided to renovate buildings and now it’s a problem. They work outside early doing roof and other stuff so you can’t sleep. And workers occupied most of parking spots so you can’t find parking at all if you come home in the evening. I pay for covered parking and I have to tow other cars from my spot. I can’t wait my move out date!!!(((
By the way my car was hit and run by someone at night at this property
