Llevo viviendo aquí 3 meses y me arrepiento de haber aplicado en estos apartamentos desde que me dieron las llaves del apartamento el aire acondicionado no ingresaba a la habitación y han pasado 3 meses y más de 4 técnicos y aún no dan solución la administración es pésima no quiero que esto le pase a alguien que está pensando en aplicar aquí busquen otras opciones también reporte el drenaje de la tina no funcionaba y solo realizan la visita y no solucionan me tocó solucionarlo después de llegar... cansado de mi trabajo porque a ellos eso como que no importa ni mucho menos dar un buen servicio al menos inquilino les recuerdo estoy viendo actualmente en estos apartamentos y la administración es muy negligente solo importa que las personas agarren los apartamentos y como uno firma contrato no puede dejar el apartamento tirado para que no lo perjudiquen con un reporte negativo muy mala administración de lo peor . La solución que da administración es dormir con las puertas abiertas de las habitaciones que descaro …

They've improved a lot
I've been living here for about two years, during which there has been substantial improvement. There have been three different management teams.
For the first 1.5 years: first two management teams: three stars (4 stars for the first team, 3 stars for the second team). (issues related to friction at the front desk, unnecessary fines, failure on follow up due to turnover).
For the last 4-6 months: five stars for the third team. The most important change that has been made in the past 4-6... months has been a change in management. The new staff: Maryam, Erica, gloria, Jessica, and Leo are all nice to be around (just got done talking with Maryam in a pleasant conversation). The new manager, Leo, is presumably bringing up people's spirits at the front desk (which might be why the interactions with the new workers Maryam, Gloria, and Erica have been pleasant, but it could also just be that they are nice), and the culture at the front desk is noticeably more cheery. I go there for coffee a lot, an it is always nice to walk in there.
Even if everything is not perfect, I can tell that they are trying to change/improve things, and it is noticeable. When they were switching the wifi, the wifi went on and off repeatedly, and that sucked. Some other reviews mentioned, that. However, It is the new company they signed up with, and there was a "transitional phase" where they were installing new services for the 5G wifi.
I am much happier with the front desk now, and issues are dealt with in a more transparent way. I can also see Leo and the other team when I go to the front desk problem solving issues with the maintenance team. I think the other two teams, while they were trying to deal with issues, were experiencing burnout to some extent due to the pressure. But with this team, I can see Leo problem solving with people, and I might be wrong, but I think that is going toward reducing the stress/burnout.
Another reviewer mentioned the pool closure situation due to the parties, but come on: They have to remove the glass in the water, and they had someone working on it every day. The towing company thing is also due to people parking under the "cover".
I hope that this team continues the current culture, and does not succumb to burnout, and I think they can probably do it. They have Gloria, who has been there for the longest, and she has provided a lot of guidance to people I think. Combine that with good management, and I think the team has a bright future.

Admon no es de Confiar
No lo recomiendo Muy pendiente con esa Admon, después de desocupar el apartamento te cobran demas en tu deposito y como si fuera poco te sacan miles de excusas para no devolver lo poco que queda, llevo 3 meses detrás de ellos para que me devuelvan lo mio y siempre me dicen que si que ya me lo van a mandar, que no.tienen mi celular, mi dirección en fin me late que con ese cuento quieren quedarse con el dinero así que pendiente esa admon no es de confiar

Do not move here!!!!!!!
The management team is inconsistent and there were always bugs in my apartment. The internet is trash and they make you pay for hidden fees. I gave a 60 notice to move out and because management changed they still charged me to leave. Absolute horrible place to live. My first 3 weeks moving in my ac was out and I was forced to use a wall into in my window. The water is always cut off for no reason and you will get a back charge for that too.

So Many Amenities to Enjoy!!
One of my favorite amenities in our community is the many options for health and wellness! We have both Volleyball and Basketball courts! It’s always fun to meet your neighbors with a little friendly competition. The fitness center is huge! All the cardio and weightlifting equipment you need to have a full body work out is there! No need for a gym membership at all.
