Avoid at all costs
I recently reported them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FDCPA, and Texas AG. Highly recommend avoiding this place. In addition to basic maintenance issues and poor property management, I've had a horrible experience with their financial handling of my account, which was always paid on time and in advance. Upon move out, I confirmed with the Community Director, Mary, that my account was in good standing. One year later I discovered I was reported to collections for payment issues. They... never called, emailed, or contacted me about my account to clear it up before reporting it to collections. Once I discovered the issue, getting in touch with someone to work through it has been a challenge and I'm jumping through hoops. The office manager is always gone or unavailable, phone calls are never answered and emails take weeks to be responded to. I have just finally received their ledger records of my payments and they have false transactions and have mismanaged the accounting records. They are also unable to provide any proof of communication to me about the account issues before pursuing collections. At this point, I have reported them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, FDCPA, and Texas AG.
