How Is This Rating Determined?

Not elderly friendly

Only two elevators in large building for people over 55, many in wheelchairs, walkers, canes & oxygen. Most depend on elevators. Elevator #1 has been down for 2 weeks - fourth time in 14 months I've lived here. Management cavalier attitude is "well we reported it". Walking up & down stairs is NOT an option for most elderly residents. Elevators should be repaired within 24 hrs. This is only one serious problem, filthy hallways and roaches just make matters worse.

Cops here every other night

Don’t risk health or safety there are cops here every other night and much more shady folks creeping on victims

"Excellent Service and very hospitable."

My name is susie.
My brother relocating from China to Austin.As we know apt.hunting & even the leasing process can be very difficult and tedious at times.
