The apartment is beautiful and very spacious!! I was seriously impressed when I saw the floor plan and it is in a great location really easy to get around. Also the portal for rent is really easy to use and looks great !

Living here has been great. It’s the tenants occasionally that have been meh. Some are loud where I can hear through the walls and loud drivers revving their vehicles.

The application process was a headache bc of lack of communication with my leasing agent so I expected the worse as a tenant. Then I heard about the area and how bad it is especially these apts but to be honest, I’ve had an amazing experience living here so far. No complaints at all. Maintenance comes out the same day a request is put in and unless they need a part or something, the issue is resolved.
