worst management
My recent experience with the management team at Juniper Springs clubhouse was extremely disappointing. It appeared that their primary focus was on charging additional fees rather than understanding and resolving the situation. Despite attempting to explain the circumstances and even finding the missing items later, the response was unsympathetic and inflexible.
This approach to customer service left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening when management... prioritizes monetary gains over fair and considerate treatment of residents and guests.
I hope that others who interact with this management team have a more positive experience, but based on my own, I would advise caution when dealing with them. The emphasis on financial gain at the expense of customer satisfaction is concerning and should be addressed for the benefit of all residents and guests. I will not consider working with this management again and recommend others to exercise caution.
