Do not recommend

This place is roach infested. The maintenance is horrible. Management doesn’t care rent price Randomly got high with no explanation. Management is always changing.

Would Never Recommened

WORST MAINTENANCE TEAM EVER

I sent a work order to fix a section of my bedroom ceiling that became paper thing due to pests gnawing at it from the other side on 6/6. It's now 9/9 and they still haven't fixed it.

My kitchen lights are florescent bulbs, which are said to last
20 000 hours (8 years), were replaced 6 months ago. And now both of them are burnt out. I sent another work order to replace those on 8/31 and they haven't fixed it. I sent a message on the resident portal, phoned the... front desk, and spoke with the lead maintenance worker in person TWICE. He told me he'd come by to fix it the same day I talked to him....never happened.

And to top it all off, my rent has gone up by 20% in just a year...and this is what I'm paying more for.

Due yourself a favor and LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE

They only strive for profit, cutting as many corners as they can at the expense of the residents.

Love it here, The washer and dryer are great!!

My roommate and I have moved in about 3 months ago and then they started the construction for the W&D, I was a little worried it was going to be a huge mess but I was surprised that the transition went soo smooth... Love the W&D very convenient!!
