Quaint apartment complex in the University District in Austin, TX. 1 or 2 bedroom(s) 1 bath. Decent square footage for a beginner family, surprisingly beautiful interior ready as soon as you move in, neighbors are friendly, management is always on top of what needs to be done, but most importantly for someone wishing to live in a larger city; the complex is surrounded by not only the night - life of notorious 6th street but libraries parks and schools. Price is 1200 a month - which seems steep,... but is manageable for those who are looking for the next step in the world. All in all, 5/5 stars solely for the fact that it's family owned and managed and you constantly see smiling faces wherever you go.
