Monte Vista Condominiums leasing agent disrespectful!
I wanted to live/walk to work. My first & Second visit to this apartment/Condo complex was very shocking! First, the leasing lady (Larisa) who is suppose to greet and show you around. She (Larisa) wouldn't get off the computer, looked down her nose at me (I work at an electrical engineer firm, and was dressed business/casual). She was rude, short, and/or wouldn't answer questions, wouldn't give me any information about the units for rent. As I turned to walk away, Larisa looked up and said:... Leave your name and number and I'll call you with information about the units. 1 Month goes by with no phone call! Second visit same things happens, Larisa looks down her nose, won't give information until I get short , refuse to leave until she does. I leave name, number again per her request. 2 more months goes by and NO PHONE CALL!!! I make a lot of money, and can/have paid 1-2yrs rent in full. To be treated like that is insulting!
Larisa differently didn't get a passing grade in charm school.
They are advertising units for rent on several websites. You call, they say they have units available. You go there, they act like you're inconveniencing them.
This place needs a new leasing agent. One that's friendly, wants to help people, and doesn't treat people like they are beneath them.
