So thankful for new management. Everything has improved so much and they have really put a lot of money into upgrading everything. Love living here.

The new management has done a great job cleaning up the property and responding to maintenance requests. They have made a ton of improvements to the property and the units are stunning inside.

The last couple months we’ve seen some major improvements- parking lot new, new dog park, no furniture by the pool. Looking forward to see what’s next. It seems like the new management company is working on taking this property to the next level.

We've had several property managers since living here. Our first year was great, we loved it. However with ReProp Management things are being seriously mishandled. The pool is not up to city code, ground are not being maintained AND the property neglected to keep in compliance with the post office & therefore we cannot receive packages via USPS. They were dishonest about the issue & didn't even warn us that we wouldn't be able to get mail even tho the PO gave them 3 months notice to set up... lockers. VERY disappointing in so many ways. TLDR: NEVER EVER RENT HERE. YOUD BE BETTER OFF AT LITERALLY ANY OTHER APARTMENT YOU CAN AFFORD. NEVER EVER MUELLER CROSSING!!! NEWLY RENOVATED IS A JOKE AS WELL. What an absolute dumpster fire, well that’s an insult to dumpster fires, at least they’re warm! i hope you don’t like being warm in the winter! despite never losing power it doesn’t make much of a difference when the heater blows nothing but cold air, the best service i got on it was an “i don’t know” and never received a follow up... visit. this apartment has no regards for its tenants well being and is run by a management company of incompetent asshats that shouldn’t be in charge of taking care of themselves let alone an apartment complex full of people.
