If you want water service to shower, cook, clean, DRINK? don’t move here.

I have lived here for just under a year and recently a new management has taken over. I have had zero issues in the year I’ve lived here and now all of a sudden we are getting our water cut off EVERY single day, sometimes with notice, and today to my surprise with no notice. It’s at all times during the and sometimes even at night well after the office is closed.

I call today and am told by the manager Lana that this is... due to the vendors cutting the waterlines during renovations. I ask her to confirm if it has happened every day this week and she confirms yes. I ask her to confirm how long this will continue and she says until the vendors are done with the renovations. I asked her long the vendors will be doing renovations and she said SIX MONTHS.

If you cook, good luck. Want to shower? Good luck. For the next SIX MONTHS, your water will be cut every single day at random times, including times without notice.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Museo! The community is beautiful with lush trees and has great access to nature trails. My praises are for the the office staff, With my many questions throughout my stay they have been patient, kind, and super helpful. I highly recommend Museo, I promise you’ll love it just as much as I do.

I’ve been with Museo for 3 years now, and the overall experience has been great! The community is beautiful, and is the primary reason I moved here. The trees and the trails make it a fantastic place to live in. The apartments look great, and love having washer/ dryer included! I've lived here for 2 years and will stay as long as the rent remains reasonable (so far, modest increases each year). Lots of windows letting in natural light and overlooking Great Hills greenbelt (bonus: easy access to walking in nature) provides the balance I need since working from home. Occasional maintenance issues have been addressed more satisfactorily over the last year, and the current manager responds quickly to any communications. Museo is a hidden gem! I moved in here recently and I'm very happy with it. It's a quiet, peaceful community with beautiful trees throughout. The apartments are clean and well kept. Great location! The management has been very friendly and helpful. Neighbors are nice and it's pet friendly. It feels more like a condo community vs. a rental community. Very happy here.
