Application process was a nightmare

I was in contact with this company for a week. They promised to call back multiple times with no phone call. I told them I could pay 6 months rent in advance and they didn't care to even send me an application to start the process. Good luck dealing with this company.

Not a very clean place..

These apartments are reasonably priced. However, the common areas aren't kept up very well. Multiple dog owners do not clean after their animals, and the staff have not done much to help this problem. There is glass in the parking lot along with tons of trash. A plus side is that the apartments are about 10 minutes from downtown and nightlife. I guess you have to choose your battles.
