We have lived here for over 2 years and it has been the worst managed complex I have ever lived in.
The front gate is always broken. Its maybe working for a week before it breaks again, obviously they aren't charging the people who break it because they are increasing monthly fees with everyone's renewals.
Our gas fireplace hasn't worked since the day we moved in. (They claim they are waiting on the city to sign off on... permits but I know that doesn't take over two years) It took them three months to fix our stove that wasn't heating, took another three or so months to replace the dryer that wasn't drying clothes properly. Maintenance orders are ignored until they are randomly closed without the work being done requiring us to open multiple work orders for the same issues. And then we can't look at our work order history in the portal to have proof of negligence.
They took over a week to swap out our water heater 6 months ago and we've had issues with our shower cartridges ever since. We have put work order after work order in and they have not fixed the issue. They come in to our apartment unannounced and fix the wrong things (replaced lights in our bathroom that we didn't ask for) finally oday they show up with no heads up and take 3 hours to fix our shower cartridge and try to leave with the showerhead leaking like crazy. I called them back in now have been in our apartment for a combined 4 hours+. Ruining our day off and making us unable to take showers or do laundry or clean dishes.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of this complex's issues, I've tried to talk to the office about it multiple times but I get the run around and never actually get to talk to anyone in charge ever. When we physically go to the office it is randomly closed for full days for "investor meetings" that they didn't notify anyone about.
Its going to be a real interesting conversation when they raise the "monthly fees" when they ask us to renew. For what? They have shown zero improvement over multiple different management teams, no one can seem to get it together. DO NOT RENT HERE. Find a better place that can manage a property properly.
