Parkview Terraces Apartamentos

We pay so much to live in these units, and the staff doesn't care at all. I would bet they need more support (more staff, more hours, better pay). Most things in the apartment I have to make a huge fuss out of to get them to take care of it. My door threshold/seal was broken from move in (Jan 2021) and was fixed a couple months ago (end 23 into 24). Thats just one example. Theres break-ins in the complex and the gate is never fully functioning. Just a couple days ago I flagged a maintenace... person on the golf cart to get the broken tempered glass window from a car break-in out of the grass as my small dog almost stepped in it. I saw him take the large piece assuming he would come back with tools to get the excess glass shards out of the grass. He did not and its been almost a week so now my dog and I just avoid the shards of glass in the yard. Ridiculous that we pay exorbitant rent to be given public housing service. Lee mas

Run away. Worst apartment experience ever. The front office will never be helpful, maintenance can actually take 8 months to arrive, so choose happiness somewhere else.

Good size apartments. Rent is a bit too expensive and the fees are outrageous . Parking area is well lit .

This by far the worst apartment complex that I've lived. The front office is extremely unhelpful. They have lost the keys to my apartment and needed me to go by so they could replace them in order to complete maintenance requests, in which I was then told that the key was probably lost because of their vendors. That does not make me feel very secure or confident in where I live. The dog waste is absolutely horrendous. It constantly smells whenever I walk outside. Complaining to the front office... does nothing to solve the problem. Maintenance requests can take months (I have one that is still yet to be resolved after 4 months). The location is great, but the price is certainly not worth it. Look elsewhere and save yourself major regret!! :) Lee mas

Very clean, great amenities, good team, good location, apartments quite and nice, good gym with enough equipment, close to the park, also have good events for the residents, like taco night or wine and cheese party
