The team at Perch went above and beyond to accommodate my cross country move! Emily and Patrick stayed after hours for me to make sure I have everything and even made themselves available on their days off to make sure everything goes smoothly for me.

I would first like to point out the positives and say that this is a very clean apartment complex, they maintain it clean. The Fetch delivery service is not needed but it is a luxury. The complex feels safe. Staff is friendly and professional. However, I cannot recommend this place to anyone due to the important fact that there is a lack of insulation and you can hear anything and everything your upstairs neighbor does. If you do decide to sign a lease please get a top floor. I regret not doing... so.
