Residences at The Triangle

I love many things about this complex. The location is wonderful, the people have a sense of community, and the area around here is perfect.
My biggest gripe is the fact that we were told we would have security here.
So far, the garage gate has been broken for several months, my and my partner's cars have been broken into, and the security guards are absolutely worthless.
The people who work here, at the triangle, are wonderful. As for Greystar, y'all should be ashamed that you take money... every month from people and refuse to give them what was agreed on. Read More

The area is really nice and the apartments are decent, except a few maintenance issues. Maintenance and apartment staff are very responsive and helpful though. The only real issues I’ve had are with some other residents not following community guidelines regarding pets, trash, and cleanliness, but otherwise it’s a pretty good place, great location and very walkable area.

Booo don’t live here. The doors are broken and homeless people do gross things in the stairwells. Bad place to live if you’re worried about safety wouldn’t do it

Wonderful at responding and helping me out with questions, maintenance is always fast. Could maybe clean the hallways sometimes but otherwise very happy

I have lived at the Residences at the Triangle for the past three years, and my experience has been excellent. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and has assisted me through every transition into my home with ease. They are always available, whether by email or in person, and consistently provide great support. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live.
