the place is really nice and homey but it takes 3+ months for maintenance to come fix things even when it’s urgent. Hopefully it’s just because of covid.

Location is great, apartments are spacious and you get a backyard. But the place has many many issues that require maintenance and the management ignores majority of these (such as a giant hole in my ceiling that lets rain in) or takes months to fix the things that they end up deciding to fix (Such as the dryer that took them 2 months to fix or the ceiling fans that took them 3 months to fix, they were broken before we even moved in!)
Anyway, you’ve got the deal of your life if you get a unit... that doesn’t require maintenance but I don’t think such unit exists here. Read More

Great location! Only two miles from downtown. Just bought an unit and I’m completely impressed with how tranquil and clean the complex is. Manager Ben is always available and helpful. Close to shops, restaurants and South Shore. Close to bus line as well.

Location!!! Super close to downtown. East Riverside now have so many restaurants, great clubs and the south Shore. They are remodeling several apartments and the complex is very calm and clean. Current manager is always available.

Some of the units are available for sale, which provides a great remodeling opportunity to have an actual townhouse that is seven minutes from downtown. All units have two suites upstairs with a private balcony and a very cute backyard with a cute white picked fence.

8 lease violations, ragers, they honestly don't care what you do. It's impossible to get evicted even if you try. Call them, email, you'll probably never hear back and they'll claim not to have a record of any of it.
