Best Eastside Value

I've lived here for a year now (today) and I love it. Location is amazing. I can walk to just about anything from here or grab one of those green electric scooters. I was born and raised in Austin and never thought I would live on the east side. 5 years ago I wouldn't have driven through this neighborhood let alone lived here. The place has changed. I feel safe anytime of day or night walking around. You'll see a few homeless people every now and then but they are very nice and peaceful. It's... very quite here. Even when scoot inn has there big concerts the sound seems to go the other way. Monty is the landlord and he is to notch. We've had a couple small issues and he is always right on top of everything within hours. So let me give you the pros and cons:

Pros: price, location, great landlord, quite, small complex.

Cons: no elevator/pool/gym, visitor parking is hard to find about 20% of the time

Overall I love this place. With the new addition of Saltillo plaza is gonna be even better.
