Do not recommend

German roach-infested, no pool for over a year, the ceiling collapsed damaging my washer and dryer, and several items and no credit or apologies were offered. Rude and unprofessional property manager that changed last-minute move out date in spite of having email confirmation and blatantly added charges and hung up on me.
Loud neighbors, dog waste everywhere, and mold-ridden.
The only positives are location and prompt maintenance staff.

Multiple buildings are known to flood regularly and have mold. They never fix it properly. STAY AWAY

Horrible Property Manager

Diane, the aggressive and embittered "property manager" is to be avoided. Lacking any sense of decorum, she shouldn't be allowed to interact with people. But yea location is ok.

Awesome Near- Downtown Gem

The Silver Creek Apartments are located south of downtown Austin, and minutes away from everything an Austin resident would want. A small complex as properties go, the Silver Creek Apartments offer many floor plans, from one to three bedrooms, some with spacious patios and washer-dryer connections, others with an enclosed "green room", ideal for an office space or a third bedroom. The on-site management is experienced and helpful, as are the maintenance crew. The complex is well-kept and… clean. There are laundry facilities on premises as well as a off-site laundries minutes away. A lovely two-tier pool sparkles in the center of this 78704 gem. Having lived in this complex for almost 20 years, no other property has the amenities and location convenience. Pet friendly and electronic lease payment are just two of the many features in this awesome complex!
