The units are old and dated. They only make repairs on occasion, and you have to follow up repeatedly. Their lack of landscaping damaged my car in the winter storm with tree branches causing damage to several resident vehicles. The roof needed repairs and we heard the raccoons moving around inside the roof upstairs. The wiring caused my space heater chord to nearly catch fire. The valet waste services regularly missed pickups, leaving us stuck with trash in our house for several days. The hole... in the roof of our 2nd bedroom was patched up instead of fixed , causing a leak and moldy mildew to settle in and the hole grew bigger so the ceiling caved in. They towed our son's car after they promised they wouldn't. They never fixed our fireplace so our apartment was drafty and bugs flew in. SoNA has recently changed management companies to RPM Living and my recent move in experience with them has been very poor. Here is a list of how I received the apartment and the management has said that they "professionally cleaned" and walked through the apartment.

The handle of the microwave is not attached to the microwave
Tacky, gummy substance on kitchen floor, caked over with grime

Water Damage to almost all kitchen cabinets
Burnt, dirty & chard drip pans on kitchen stove
Damage to bathtub
