Southland Apartments

Noisy place! Dirty and littered grounds and parking lot with scattered trash. The pool is filthy, and un-swimmable. WAY overpriced for such a rotten and depressing place. Not a home you want to hang your hat :(

Southland is a hidden jewel! I was looking for a quiet, pet-friendly (and neighborly) kind of place and that's what I found here. ive had only one simple problem and maintenance fixed it within the hour! They encourage plants outside which I love. The pool is open 6am-9pm. They lock one set of gates at night for added safety, as well as have a security patrolling the parking lot. Diana in the office is very sweet and helpful. Ive come to know many of my neighbors and we help each other out... frequently with dog walking, etc. I really love living here! Read More

Love this place! Super friendly and helpful staff, great pet policies, quaint little community. The newly remodeled apartments are gorgeous and the older apartments are very well taken care of and maintained. Has definitely made my first apartment renting experience a breeze!

I've lived here for about a year & haven't had any problems. It's a nice little community.

I've lived here for a little over a year now and I've been pretty happy. Maintenance is on top of everything and responds to your issues quickly. Our laundry room just got renovated, all the machines are brand new ^.^
And you're in walking distance of plenty of stores Sprouts, CVS, HEB, Starbucks, etc etc etc and the Stephenson Nature Preserve.
