Negligent Management
Management at this property consistently demonstrates a lack of concern for tenant safety and well-being. Safety concerns are not taken seriously, and it's clear they would rather deal with frequent tenant turnover than make an effort to retain long-term residents. It's common to see people moving out within just four months.
While the maintenance team is responsive and helpful, the noise pollution is severe and constant. The location offers easy access to the highway, but it's situated in a... heavily industrial area—be prepared for a harsh environment. Overall, the management’s indifference and the poor living conditions make this a difficult place to recommend.
