We've lived here for going on 3 years, and couldn't be happier. The management and leasing team is awesome, and they have regular ongoing events for the residents.
The gym, community centers, and co-working spaces are well-kept and maintained.
Maintenance has never been an issue, usually arriving within 24-48 hours to fix the issue. You just have to let them know via the online portal or call/text in!
They have a regular pest-control schedule. So if you put in the maintenance request, they'll... get you booked.

We also haven't noticed any issues with break-ins or safety. I've walked around at 4-5am with no problem, and we take walks and see other people walking constantly with no issues - in fact everyone has been so friendly! Our car stays locked and we don't leave valuables in it - no one has messed with it so far. The property is well-lit, and plenty of our neighbors have ring cameras as well. Safety is never a concern.

What stands out most is how friendly and understanding the staff is. They’re approachable and genuinely want residents to be happy here. That kind of service is hard to find.

I’ve honestly had such a good experience at Sullivan! The office team is so sweet and helpful, and they actually take the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable. Maintenance is quick, and the property always looks nice. I’m really glad I chose to live here!

Sullivan is a great community. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom onsite. My new unit is super upgraded and I LOVE IT! I was able to lease a unit with a garage which was a huge perk and totally reasonable price. Community has double everything - one fitness center is busy - go to the other one. Same for the pool, etc.

I'm leaving this review to let people considering moving into this apartment complex know — don't come before knowing that there is no security or any kind of support regarding incidents here.

My husband was already living here when we got married, and before that, he had his vehicle windows broken and his car stolen right in the parking lot. It is very common, almost daily, to see cars with broken windows in the condominium. In January of this year, we contacted the management hoping to move... out earlier before our lease ended because we don't feel safe — but our request was denied. We asked for measures to improve the security of the place, but no changes have been made.

The complex gates remain open 24 hours a day. Anyone can enter and leave without any problem. There are no security cameras or surveillance in the parking lot. As you can see from the email screenshots, they don't intend to change that. In fact, they almost implied that it was our fault that the car was broken into.

Well, today, February 7, 2025, when I woke up, my car had its window broken, and the steering wheel was completely messed up, as shown in the photos. Once again, the office refused to take any action regarding this.

Besides the constant car break-ins and thefts, another issue here is the frequent towing of vehicles. If your guest comes to visit and forgets to register their vehicle on the requested website, their car will be quickly towed as a welcome gift.

In conclusion, I do not recommend this complex to anyone looking for peace, security, and good service. Read More
