Sundance

I lived at Sundance apartments for over 7 years. I first started by living in a 2 bed 2 bath with a roommate, and later living in the largest 1 bed 1 bath option with my wife.

I feel this apartment complex is the best value in all of Austin. 3 miles south of downtown, Public transit options for easy use to get to downtown via the 105 bus or short walk to the 10 on South 1st street. Easy access to the airport (12 minute drive), or hopping onto major highways (Mopac or I-35) etc.

In addition... to this Sundance has a pool, hot tub, 2 laundry facilities or options for in-unit laundry, their maintenance team is quick, helpful, and very responsive when you need them. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful, they may tell you that there is a waitlist for whatever unit you are looking for, but trust me when I say you will not regret living this close to all of the major attractions within Austin for the most affordable price!

The only reason why I no longer live here is because, living at Sundance for numerous years allowed me the opportunity to purchase a home in Austin which was my ultimate goal. Read More
