Falling apart
The apartments are cheap for a reason. Everything is falling apart and management doesn't seem to care to fix it. The hot water comes and goes... and then went, and doesn't ever seem to be coming back. Look on the bright side, if you like a cold shower then this could be the place for you!

Wheres the hot water?
Of course the hot water goes out right at the end of the month, just about the time the rent is due. If I had a time to find another place i'd be out. Management doesn't seem to be in a hurry to get it fixed either. It's been about a week now. It's to bad because this place was good up until it changed ownership several months back. Lucky for the North building residents that it hasn't been a cold winter yet. We now use a communal shower in a vacant apartment in the south building, can't believe... I pay money for this

French Quarter/ Rosedale
This is a beautiful property in the perfect location of Austin. When managed by Martine in 2014 and prior we had a great community and property was kept beautifully. The property was bought out by Roscoe in October 2014 and the property suffered. The appearance is much less brilliant than it was and the management is so hard to work with that we are all leaving. The new tenants bring so many cars so there is no parking anymore. Maintenance is terribly slow, projects last for weeks and noise... levels are un monitored.
