I found a Crestview gem!!!
After touring quite a few places around Austin, I found The Saint George offered one of the best values for the price. My floor plan is incredibly spacious, the vaulted ceilings make the apartment feel even larger, and the modern appliances give it a clean, upscale feel that I still appreciate every day.
The amenities are a huge part of why I love living here. I use the pool almost every day, and when the weather is nice, I’m usually grilling on the rooftop in the evenings. The rooftop has TVs,... comfortable seating, grills, and an incredible view of the surrounding area. It’s become one of my favorite places to unwind or spend time with friends.
Another thing that really sets this community apart is the people. There’s a resident app that’s actually active, where neighbors organize pickleball games, meet up for live music, and just connect with one another. It has created a genuine sense of community that’s honestly pretty rare to find at an apartment complex.
What has impressed me the most, though, is the management team. Marcos, the current Property Manager, is doing an outstanding job. In all the years I’ve rented apartments, I don’t think I’ve ever had as positive a relationship with a property manager as I have with him. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in the community he’s building. I have a tremendous amount of respect for the effort he and his team put in every day.
Adriana, the Assistant Manager, and Willie, the Maintenance Lead, have also been fantastic. And I want to recognize Melissa and Tim, who were part of the previous management team and made my move-in experience incredibly smooth and welcoming. From day one, everyone has been flexible, accommodating, and genuinely helpful.
No apartment community is perfect, but what matters is how people respond when something does come up. Any concern I’ve ever had has been addressed quickly, professionally, and resolved to my satisfaction. That level of service gives me confidence that the team truly cares about the resident experience.
Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience living at The Saint George. Between the competitive pricing, beautiful apartments, outstanding amenities, reliable internet, connected community, and a management team that truly cares, it’s been an easy place to call home. If you’re looking for a modern apartment in North Austin, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend giving The Saint George a tour.
