additional fees are a bit too many, and would be nice to have access to the garage door for bikes. Apart for that, all the rest (Lounge, Gym, Pool, appliances, neighborhood...) is great!

Mediocre apartment, not bad, but nothing special.
Good neighborhood. Great location.
Standard amenities.
So so communication with staff.
New management has improved a bit.
Complete disrespect for quiet hours.
Usual trash problems.
Parking is ok.
Can I please have a window that opens in my apartment?

I LOVE THE SHOAL. Sweetest neighbors, best neighborhood, best trails. All around awesome. The staff is phenomenal, shoutout Kyle, the little community parties are so cute, pet of the month is cool. Need I say more? Everything about the shoal is gorgeous.

A gem in the city!

Living here is convenient to everything, the residents are kind, quiet and respectful, and Chris kills it at his job as he is attentive, professional, and makes you feel very welcomed. The building is always pristine and is overall very well managed. Unlike other places I have lived, I enjoy being a homebody here – my unit feels quite spacious for a studio and although it is an interior unit, I get a ton of natural light, which is a must for me. I love calling this place home!

happy resident

Chris and Kyle are absolutely excellent at what they do and I appreciate them both for helping me lease a very affordable unit in the downtown area. The property is well maintained, quiet/friendly atmosphere, and easily accessible to great food places, an easy path to the park, the yummy coffee shop across the street, and the wonderful views of the city.
