Looks nice from the outside - but horrible
This place was a nightmare from start to finish. We went without hot water for almost two months from moving in —even after being moved into a second unit that also didn’t have hot water. Two bikes were stolen from the so-called “secure” bike storage, and our car was broken into in the gated garage. Clearly, this property is not safe or secure.
One of the leasing agents, Jennifer, and the maintenance crew were the only positives, but upper management is completely unresponsive and ignores... residents’ concerns. We had to constantly chase for answers and felt uncomfortable doing so, even though we were patient and reasonable. We finally had to move out due to my car being broken into, and even then management continued to ignore us when we tried to find a resolution in leaving early.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere—this building is in an unsafe area, mismanaged, and not worth the headache.
