Tramor at Cannon Place

This complex is not only such a cute and affordable place to live but it is very much cared for and looked after very well. After living here for two years I could have easily lived here for another five years, it’s just so cozy!
This complex values their relationship with their tenants very much with how quick they are to help. Any time I needed something fixed or had any questions Karla was always there to help me out. They were always prompt with whatever needed to be done. I absolutely loved... living in this small community that really felt like home. All of my neighbors looked out for me and everyone around, you get as much as you put in. Although you are next to the rail it is hardly noticeable(over time, my first night was a doozy lol). I moved to Austin on a whim about a year ago and am so happy to have landed at Tramor at Cannon Place! The location is only about 10-15 minutes to downtown, south congress, zilker park, and south lamar! The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and has tons of storage! (Two closets in the primary bedroom is a big deal to me!) There is a strong sense of community amongst neighbors which helps me feel safe. Karla was such a big help when we first moved and continues to be a WONDERFUL leasing... manager. She helped us stay within our monthly budget goal while accounting for the cost of utilities and making sure our preferences for an apartment were met. Maintenance with Edgar is always quick. Living here is what you want, because everything about this place is perfect. The Leasing office is so friendly and helpful, maintenance is on point. The place is a safe quiet place. Im so happy that we found this place.

I signed a lease with Tramor days after my previous complex caught fire (someone didn’t put out their cigarette fully…don’t smoke on your balcony!!). Needless to say, the entire experience was a little anxiety-filled, and everyone in the front office was wonderful and got me into a unit quickly. The staff is great, particularly Karla in the office and Edgar, one of the fabulous maintenance staff. I feel safe, it’s quiet, and the price is perfect. I love it so much that I’ve convinced a few of my... friends to move here, too…who also convinced a few of theirs. I moved into Cannon Place in October of 2025 and have no complaints. Karla and the front office staff have been great from the beginning. The complex is well kept, the apartments are clean and modern looking, plenty of parking and a nice pool. Maintenance is quick to fix anything that needs it. The location is also awesome too. Close to HEB, 1st Street with easy access to Downtown Austin, and anything you can think of close by. Highly recommend this complex.
