Vivir en Westwind ha sido una excelente experiencia. Desde el primer día, me sentí bienvenido gracias al ambiente cálido y la gran gestión de los propietarios, quienes se preocupan por cada detalle.
Las instalaciones están impecables y las áreas comunes, como la piscina, hacen que la vida aquí sea muy cómoda. Además, la ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a Walmart, HEB, Gasolineras etc.

This place is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot! I moved here with my kids over a year ago and I can’t find much to complain about. The office staff are super friendly and care about keeping the grounds nice. Pest control is top notch! I have not seen one palmetto bug since we moved in! Maintenance is on it as well. I’ve had a couple issues in my apartment and they did everything they could to fix the issues as quickly as possible. They keep trash/dumpsters emptied like twice a week and… they walk the grounds often picking up trash. The only complaint that I can think of is that there’s been a couple tagging incidents but I think it was teenagers. Also when I first moved in, I was asked to take my wind chyme down because of a complaint. All the while other tenants haven’t been made to take theirs down. Great place to live. No issues with bugs indoors. Friendly maintenance.

Nice place to live, everyone works together and gets along. It is near La Frontera district, and never alot of traffic here for now. Office is very courteous and professional. Most all service calls are solved within a day or two. It is located near a train track but I am used to that. The pool is great and I use the laundry room which is monitored which is good for those who are concerned about safety. Normal apartment living, I am friends with most of my neighbors.
