Sunchase

I have lived at Sunchase Apts for 19 years come September 2019. I love living here. The staff here are nice. They have given us breakfast , and coffee, snacks and water. This weekend they are having a movie at the pool. The requests made for maintenance are answered in a timely manner. I will continue living here as long as I am able to. It is quiet too. LK

Sunchase apartments were an awesome place to live for the price. Beware if you live on the first floor and its raining expect crickets! The ladies in the front office are always nice and welcoming with a smile :). Maintenance is usually on the same day or the next day to get stuff done, I never had to wait for a week for them to get the work order done. Overall, it is a good place to live with HEB, fast food restaurants, and the ballpark right down the street!

The Sunchase Apartments are a nice place to live, quiet area, no problems with the neighbors as in loud music and constant fighting like i did with my last place. The only problems we have is that maintenance takes awhile to come when you need something fixed. The pool hadn't been cleaned since we've moved here i refuse to take my daughter swimming in cloudy green water and the face that we pay for pest control and they haven't been here since May. So my fiancee and i ate taking matters into our… own hands. But other than that that's the only problem the ladies in the office are always friendly and speak to my daughter when we come in.
