Been living here for 6 years now and so far the community is friending and safe. I do believe the pool should be cleaned more often as well as the trash (on the ground) inside the pool area.

Great complex, haven’t met a lot of people. But the people I have met are really nice. Maintenance could be better, I’m still having issues with my freezer. Overall experience with complex 8/10.

It's better than what I had. It's nicer with the appliances and the ceilings are a lot higher than I expected, which is what i like about it. The apartment overall is nice and I love it.

There is virtually no parking. Can’t ever have visitors because there is nowhere for them to park. The grass by my parking is spotty and muddy when it rains. I never use the valet trash, but still have to pay for it. The clubhouse is only accessible during business hours.

We are very happy in the unit we’re in, and in general the complex is pretty good. So far, the maintenance team has been amazing with us, and management has also been great at helping us with issues that have come up.
