So I’ve lived here about a week now and I can say that the staff has been very friendly so far. specifically Ryan. Application process and move in was pretty easy. Amenities are nice and it’s an awesome location. Reasons why I can’t give 5 stars:

- staff are unresponsive to emails. But helpful over the phone or in person

- people leave garbage outside of the garage shoot room. I thought the door was locked or something and they didn’t have access. However I got in and used the garbage shoot... just fine. Laziness I suppose.

- You need an app to gain access to the parking garage and the building. Which is great and makes the place seem pretty secure. However, if you need to run to your car real quick and forget your phone in the house you WILL be locked out. You need your phone on you at all times and hopefully it doesn’t die before you get home. This is a bit of a hassle.

Otherwise, so far nothing major to dislike. My partner and I are enjoying it here.

Everything’s been pretty great so far. Didn’t expect to be as smooth as it has. But alas, it has. Still haven’t gotten to know my neighbors really, but perhaps that’ll change. Till then.

I have recently moved to tree in march of 2025 and I have had a very positive experience! The location is great and the prices are well worth what you get in ATX, community is very old school Austin (I'm a born and raised local) and the management team is helpful and responsive.
