Poor Management/Rude Office Staff/No Kindness

Poor management. The leasing office and upper management doesn't care about you whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend the Valley Hill Apartments, Urban Flats or Valley Hill Apartments to anyone after all the hardship due to the office making mistakes and not making their tenants a priority. Don't waste your time here.
