Change of mgmt made us leave!

When Nicole and Michelle were there, things were great. We had a good rapport with them. We were residents for many years, and every time we needed something - which wasn't often - it was addressed in a timely manner. Then Rod took over. I think that's his name. Everything started to go downhill. Unlike his predecessors, he knew nothing about the residents or the property. When it was time for our move-out walk-through, which had already been scheduled, he was nowhere to be found. His office… assistant had apparently quit without notice that same week, but no one could even reach him. That right there should tell you everything you need to know about the way he managed/s the property and how he treats people.

Do not MOVE IN

I will advise you NOT TO MOVE in to this apartment. I stayed on the ground floor and it had so many bugs and roaches. I called the management office several times and they called the pest control. I wonder if those guys ever did anything. I don't know about the other floors but the ground floor is the worst. All the apartments are cheap and old.They charge ridiculously upon move out expecting you to make the apartment almost brand new. If you are looking for a cheap, possibly roach infested and… old apartment, then you have found right place. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

walnut creek crossing

Overall everything is just ok. Nothing really special about it. Pricing is too high for the quality and lack of maintenance. I'm looking forward to moving out. The only great quality they have is that the management staff is super friendly!

First Love

We moved in these apartments a year ago and it was our first apartment. We were on our way to being new parents and new adults on our own. We had some ruff parts getting in here but the staff worked closely and before we knew it we were signing a lease. We just renewed our lease and I can honestly say that to start off as new renters this has been a great place to call home.
