Fees and harassment

These are NOT studios they are overpriced tiny motel rooms. Management is rude and harasses their residents. I have not even been here a month and they want to charge me fees for having more than 1 chair outside n for having a special needs child that makes noise saying he "impedes their business operations". AC has been leaking ever since I moved in. Can't even sit outside with my children without management coming by to complain that im too close to the building or being too loud. Truly wish I… never signed a lease here, its the worst place I've ever had to live

Misleading listing. Extremely small, not what is shown.

The pictures that were in the listing were NOT the unit that I was given. Everything on this listing said "Unit 152" and the pictures were not of this unit. Me, my wife and my kid had to stay in an EXTREMELY small literal hotel room at this property.

The pictures depict a large room with a curtained closet with a dresser, a separate desk area, and a larger kitchenette. The unit I got in only had one nightstand, a couple drawers on the TV stand and no extra desk. There was no remote for the TV,… no drain plug for the bath tub, no trash cans, no pillows... For a "furnished" unit, it was really badly "furnished".

The worst part was when I showed the front desk the listing, I was told that the pictures were of the "show room" and not of the rented unit and that I "should've been told" that. I was not told that. It was nowhere in the listing, and it was a complete bait and switch. I texted the property manager and he said the same thing and "apologized" for it. Also, there was no Cable TV and it was listed in the amenities.

It was at least clean, I guess.
