We have enjoyed live here the past two years! Leasing office is friendly, neighborhood is quiet, amenities are nice, HEB is very close, and accessing anywhere in Austin is very easy.

Met many amazing people here, the location is great, dog friendly and walkable areas. This year theres been A TON of ants and as usual, wasps. Amenities are fair at best (top amenity being the pool). Gates are constantly open. Layout of apartments are decent but walls are thin meaning you can hear your neighbors and dogs barking at all hours.
