Lately, things have been pretty good. Sadly, my side of the complex no longer has a pool and I don’t recall an email telling us this was going to happen. Now we have to use the pool that feels like bath water and have other tenants make you feel uncomfortable because you are in a bikini and that is against their beliefs for women.
Also, the laundry rooms are always trashed, broken, and moldy. I found a decent laundromat, thankfully that honestly doesn’t cost much more to use.
On a positive... side, the location is fantastic. Rent is affordable and maintenance tries to fix the items that don’t work properly. Every time management changes, you have to make sure they know that as a long time tenant, you will not put up with lack of communication and disrespect but they get there and once again your living experience is back to quality it was!

It is evident that the current management company is working hard to elevate an older but high-potential property. Though there were several severe issues when I first moved in to my apartment, the management and maintenance team worked diligently and rapidly to correct and alleviate the problems. A team that listens and responds is one I can work with, no matter the issue. Thank you for welcoming me into your community!
