Overall, I like living here. The amenities are nice. However, the amount of times that the fire alarm has been activated is just unacceptable. It has completely made my life worse. In addition, the hallways are often quite dirty, and the elevator has been out for so long.

We are actively addressing each... concern:
• Fire alarms: We’re working with our fire safety vendor to prevent unnecessary activations.
• Hallway cleanliness: Our housekeeping team has been directed to increase monitoring and cleaning.
• Elevator: Elevator 1 has been repaired and is awaiting its final reinspection. In the meantime, Elevator 2 down the hall remains fully operational.
