The staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication is solid when it comes to maintenance, events, and anything going on around the property, and maintenance get handled fast. The amenities are always clean and easy to use. Parking is simple, and free garage parking is a huge plus. Overall, it’s a great place in an even better location.

WKF has been a breath of fresh air. We came from a not-so-nice place and the circumstances of our move were really stressful. WKF is so nice, the front office staff are so kind, and we feel so much safer. It’s clean, neighbors have been friendly, and the parking garage adds another level of security. The location is also top-notch, it’s so lively and there’s lots to do.

Great management and Elias, Andrew and Alexander are wonderful. They are professional and on top of things. I have lived her for 6 years and theor support is exceptional.

First night on property- car was broken into in the “secure” parking garage and property stolen. Property management said they would review security footage when they get around to it on Monday (5 days after the crime was committed). Afraid I made a mistake signing a lease here.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear about this incident and understand how upsetting it must have been, especially during your first night in the community.
Once notified, our team responded within 1 hour and... stayed in communication throughout the process. Within 48 hours, we were able to reviewe the available security footage and provided the relevant evidence to the appropriate authorities.
While our parking garage is access-controlled, no security system is completely failsafe. We encourage all residents to ensure vehicles are locked and that no valuables are left visible inside, as these precautions help reduce the risk of theft anywhere.
We take resident safety seriously and encourage you to contact our management office if you’d like to discuss this further.

Trash management, incompetent front office, fire alarms go off here more than any other place I've ever been. 3 times alone this month.
Maintenance team themselves is decent however.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly understand how frustrating repeated fire alarms can be, and we appreciate your patience as we work to keep everyone safe.
To provide some clarity:
The first alarm this month was triggered by a true... fire event on the 3rd floor. When the fire department and our team inspected, there was visible smoke that needed to be cleared. Thankfully, there was no active fire, and the system worked as intended to protect residents. The second alarm was caused by a smoke detector on the 2nd floor. While there was no fire, there was a faint smell of smoke on the second floor. The most recent alarm was due to a malfunctioning sensor in the system, which has since been repaired.
While these alarms can be inconvenient, they are critical for resident safety. Our onsite team works closely with the fire department to quickly clear the building and silence alarms, which typically last no more than 10–15 minutes.
