Excellent service!! Thank you, Grace & Ellyn!!

Excellent service!! Just wanted to mention that Grace & Ellyn at Westdale Pointe Apartment have been very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I request my needs, they respond pretty quickly and give me helpful suggestions. Not only that the rental rate is pretty reasonable for the area (nice & green, close to downtown Austin), their service is exceptionally good. I also understand that the apartment is not new, but they manage the apartment well (clean & well kept) and keep the tenants under… control (no slum or noise). I am a quiet person, but I feel like I am the only one who makes noise in that apartment. I can't think of anything negative about the apartment. I am moving out because I bought a house, but I will come back to this apartment again if I need one later. Really, this apartment is pretty good, especially the service I was receiving from Grace & Ellyn.

Apartment from hell

The rude and simple-minded staff are largely responsible for ruining my renting experience. They are the most lazy and unhelpful people imaginable. Any time a repair is needed (which is a lot since this place sucks) they refuse to help me untill an online form has been filled out, but the website has been down for the 8 months I live here. If you value your dignity, DO NOT RENT AT WESTDALE

So bad

The apt management is not friendly and professional.... so rude. They talked over you, never listen and like to hang up, specially the manager (Keisha). The apartment itself is very old, every week they have to shut down the water for few hours, sometimes after 7:00 pm. Take days for the maintenance to fix something, you have to make appointment first. The ceiling is too thin I think because whatever the tenants above us do, we can hear, even just walking sounds like stomping. Lots of racoons.… The plumbing sometimes smell so bad like sewer.

Rude Management

I have been living in the apartment community for more than year. It was fine in the start, but when the new management took over everything, thing went down the hill. They are rude, won't take your maintenance request seriously.
I'm moving out soon and won't recommend this apartment community to anyone.
Also this apartment community has a lot of issues with water & laundry room.
