Parking was a problem, but everything else was great

Despite being told that the parking passes we were given were still valid, my roommate and I both had our cars towed at least 3 times while we lived here. In total, this ended up costing each of us $1000 to get our cars from the pound. Make sure that the passes you are given match the other cars or you will wake up to find your car gone in the morning. Other than that, the staff in the office was very polite and answered my questions promptly. They allowed us to pay rent online which was... extremely convenient. Service/maintenance requests were always filled within 3 days and we received our security deposit back in full. If it weren't for the parking situation, I would have given this place 5 stars.
