Very friendly staff and the amenities are amazing! My apartment is spacious and adorable and I love that I’ve been able to decorate my porch to my own style. Great location - close to everything in and around Austin!

Lovely ambiance

This place is perfect if you enjoy getting woken up every morning between 7-9 AM by a leaf blower. 10/10 favorite way to be woken up.

Windsor Ridge offers a peaceful community with great amenities and a convenient location close to offices and grocery stores. My initial experience was very positive, but maintenance has declined under the new management. Common areas like parking lots, foyers, and staircases need more regular cleaning, and Building 1 has had issues with the elevator and false fire alarms. With more consistent upkeep, this community has the potential to offer a truly excellent living experience.

I've lived here for over 5 years. Rent has gone up every single year, But for new residents it's way cheaper then someone who has never missed a payment and loyal to the community. Doesn't make an sense.
