Renovation as gone horribly wrong

1. Missing appliances during move in.
2. Leaks in roof caused ceiling to collapse and cause water damage throughout my unit (kitchen and bedroom)
3. Broken mailboxes have prevented any mail to be delivered to anyone at the complex for over 3 weeks.
4. Construction workers constantly trying to open your door
5. Exposed wiring on the majority of the front doors (I'm guessing because they're waiting for doorbells to come in)
6. Everyone's smart locks and thermostats are connected to a shared wi-fi… network (huge security vulnerability, could lead to remote unlocking of your door or turning on/off of your thermostat without your permission)
