Not a bad place to stay
So far, staying at the ruckus has been smooth. I enjoy the social activities they provide monthly. The only downfall is parking not available and sometimes homeless people come into the lobby.

Difficult to Rate
Ruckus 2.0 at 24th and Rio Grande has all of the bells and whistles in amenities no doubt. The property is close to campus, 1st floor coffee cafe and overall cleanliness is worth the high dollar rent.
However, be sure to do your homework and physically visit when considering a lease especially in the more expensive properties in West Campus. These properties will insist on signing a lease nearly a year in advance and will leave out details on particular units (don't fall for the pressure)... .
Ruckus 2.0 rents a unit directly under the gym without disclosing this information (no sound barrier), and be aware that many units have rooms to rent without a window (like a big closet).
