DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
Apartments are old and dirty! There's NEVER hot water! Terrible roach infestation and management compulsively lies about repairs!!!! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!

Security Deposit Not Returned
Apartments are really old and everything in them functions poorly. AC is extremely loud and also doesn't even get cold enough to be useful in the summer. Washers and Dryers are perpetually out of service. Dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes sufficiently so metal items will rust and become destroyed
All of what I've written so far is marginally tolerable, but it has been 4 months since I moved out and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. At this point it seems that the company is trying... to defraud me or the staff is incompetent
Either way, I recommend moving here if you like paying average rent for a really old and low quality apartment. Also if you liked getting fucked on application fees and not having your security deposit returned, then this place is perfect for you

Poor Kensington residents
Here's the Kensington: high crime, drug lab explosions, rats, dumping on property. Run away. Very fast.
