I love how they keep the hallways smelling fresh and the floors mopped. I love how everybody is nice and friendly with everyone. I don't like that people don't pick up after their dogs like they're supposed too, but it's alright.

I haven’t been here long but the complex is very nice and quiet. They are very kid friendly they have activities and events for the children after school my daughter loves it!

Living in 3 springs is nice and peaceful. My kids have a park to play in, the neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful, and the staff is great !
