Awesome in EVERYWAY!!

Hands down, the BEST office staff and management! Melissa made the application process so easy and smooth, she kept us informed of each step and If we had any questions or concerns she addressed them right away. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and genuinely caring that this was going to be our new home. The property is clean as well as the units. The pool is awesome, so is any of the public areas on the property? I am so truly blessed that we found this place and we love our… new home. We will be here many many years to come.

Worse service from top to bottom

I have been living in this apartment almost 4 years and since new management came they won’t fixed till I have to call everyday like reminder. Last time I call to fixed the light and they said they put on work order and never fixed. It’s been 4 days I didn’t heard from manager. All they care about rent money on time if not they will fine late fees, but what about issue they suppose to fixed. I did extended my lease on past caz they promise to change my apartment carpet since I moved in they wash… not new, but they told me brand new which I send email picture with carpet past management. I been so disappointed with office manager because they don’t know how to talk with client and very bad services. If there’s option for 0 star rating I will put on 0 star. I won’t recommend anyone moved in this apartment till they have to do better service for tenant who lived in this apartment building and it’s not free, we pay and they won’t fixed for you. Sometime I feel that this management go back take some class for customer service. They won’t deserve even 1 star.

Worse service

I been living this apartment for almost 4 years and finally leaving. Recently I had issue with kitchen light and call office, they said they will put in work order but it’s been 4 days nothing fixed. If you looking for good service this is not the place to lived in. Only they care about rent money on time and have issue about fixing your apartment they won’t do it and it will take forever till you call everyday complaint to office. I’m glad I’m moving out. If they have o star rating I will put… zero for 100% sure

Being that I have been at Bayview for a long while, I have seen alot. I feel the management team are caring and get the job done. The team is attentive and resident satisfaction is their #1 priority. Best team yet here. Bayview is a great place to live. Love it.

Disrespectful manager and maintance issues

TERMITES all over our apartment and the office staff did nothing about it, they just went and put blue tape where the termites were coming out of the wall and now they charging us a lot of money because we did not finish our contract because we had to move out of there HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Management was notified of the issue on a Friday afternoon. Our experienced Pest Control Company came out on Monday and treated for the termites (which were gone in less that 24/hrs) The blue tape was to help keep the termites from going into the… apartment. We were informed you moved because you were purchasing a home and the fee that was charged was the contract relet fee for early termination which was more than fair since there were 5 months left on the agreement. We apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience.
