NHH Avenue C

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Avenue C, and I want to take a moment to thank the staff for their continued due diligence and professionalism. From day one, the team has been responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and feel supported, and it truly shows in how they handle questions and concerns.
I was surprised to read the previous negative review, as it does not reflect my experience at all. The comments came across as... unfair toward a staff that has been nothing but respectful and accommodating. Not only to me, but also to several friends of mine who will be moving to Avenue C as well. Every interaction we’ve had with the team has been positive.

This is no longer a magnolia property. It is slated to open in April as senior living (NHH Avenue C). Don’t even bother to apply. If you get a reply at all, you will be hustled. Yasmin and Mitchell are lying and deceitful. They will tell you any thing to collect application fees. And then attempt to gaslight you when you call them out.
