Roaches. Roaches everywhere!!!

First things first the pictures are deceiving. On the outside of the property, it’s not as nice at it looks. There is dirt everywhere, the paint is coming off, and don’t get me started on the ROACHES. They will eat with you, sleep with you, take a shower with you etc. They’re in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, etc. My bf and I moved out a week ago and we had roaches literally crawling on us in our sleep. The bathroom is poorly modeled. There are lights only above the sink, so where the toilet… is there’s barely any light!

Manager Not Caring - A/C Unit out of Freon

Forestview Manager has done this to me 2 times already, my A/C unit runs out of Freon an I call in or Txt her to let her know an all she does is txt me back that she has Texted the new maintenance guy about the issue. So I txted her back saying, why doesn't she actually call the guy an see if he is coming or not so like that I know what will happen. Today is Saturday 10-6-2018 an I been letting her know since 4:58 pm an till now its 11:10pm an my apartment is HOT an she has not or did not care… to at least let me know that this new guys wasn't coming. Now I see myself waiting till Monday going tru Sunday with this HEAT. By the way I also left a message on the emergency phone line they have but I guess that's a JOKE. I bet if it was her in my spot she would be as angry as myself, why not this is the second time she does this too me.

love it here

I moved in a month ago and everything here is wonderful so far! They have an new manager who is so spunky lol. shes super nice and seem very concerned with everyone being comfortable in there homes. Maintenance came so quickly to fix my porch light which started flickering the week after i moved in so i can tell they are on top of things. I'm looking at these awful reviews in shock. Clearly, Idk how it was here before but i like it so far. :) Even my sister will be moving here when her lease is… up.

I don't recomend

This place is not a good place to live.taking a shower us hard cause it keeps fluctuating between hot and cold the hole duration. Roaches and had a rat. The grounds are not as nice as the pics look. They don't keep them clean. They say you get what you pay for well hear you pay a lot for a little. The pool is not working and is disgusting. Laundry facilities are dirty and half of the machines don't work. I complained about the bees on my patio and still nothing got done. I could go on but I… won't. If we would have seen the reviews on their website we would have not moved hear. So please beware. Can't say nobody warned you.
