Don’t listen to the old comments this new management team is awesome I’ve been here a year and every time I needed something they took care of it next day 10/10 I would recommend anyone to move here very beautiful place

We have lived here for about 8 months now and it has been completely awful. I AM GENUINELY CONFUSED AS HOW THEY HAVE A GOOD RATING.

Neighbors are always loud. We live in an upstairs apartment and EVERY word can be heard through the floor from the downstairs apartment, they like to blast their music 24/7 and the cops were contacted multiple times as well as management but management does nothing about it. They prefer to blast their dubstep at 11-6 am on weekdays and starting at 6am on weekends.... We have moved the mattress into the living room COUNTLESS times trying to get away from the music and sleep so we can work the next day. All management said was to wait till their lease ended and well it's past that date so management DOES NOT CARE.

Neighbors hit our car with their car door many times and management does nothing about it. The apartment next to us smoked weed and it could be smelled from outside the door and inside the apartment. People take up 2 parking spaces constantly or they park at an odd angle and practically block you in.

There’s a gate, but for the 8 months we’ve been here it’s probably been open for about 3-4 of those months. The main road through the apartments floods SO bad.

The gym is DISGUSTING. It is never cleaned and extremely hot inside. There are 2 ceiling fans over the treadmills and only the treadmills so lifting weights while not passing out is hard to do.

People let their dogs out with no one watching them. The apartment across the way lets a small white dog out anywhere from 1-3 hours and it just sits outside the door and just barks. People don’t pick up after their dogs.

The doors come off the hinges because they’ve been screwed in and unscrewed so many times. The appliances are old and outdated. The floors are vinyl I have no idea why it says “hardwood floors” on their website. The windows are so cheap and old you can literally feel the cold/hot air coming through them. The cabinets look like they’ve never been replaced from the originals and have never been refinished so they're old and crusty. The smoke detectors will go off for any reason we cannot use the oven without it setting them off.

When we moved in the place wasn’t clean the counters were dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was trash on the balcony.

If there were 0 stars I’d do that and based on our experience with the complex and management I would NOT recommend moving here. Read More
