trash apartments
roaches everywhere and they will overcharge you for everything. new management literally care only about money. Pest control does literally nothing. very dirty very cheap don't move here i promise it is not worth it. I killed literally 700 roaches living here for 2+ years and they wouldn't do nothing to help me.

Horrible apartments
The apartments are dirty and they are slow to fix issues. The new management has charged more for no changes to the apartments, only new signs they put up, wow. They tow visitors if they don’t register and there’s a max 7 visits per month.

Highly recommend!!
Office staff is amazingly helpful. I call several of them with questions ALL THE TIME and they get right back to me, answer everything I ask, and never seem bothered about it. I’ve lived here for two years and I LOVE IT! Safe and quiet, too.

Office staff
The office staff are very professional and work hard to get things done!! They don’t act like I am bothering them because something needs to be fixed in my unit!! I have rented at Point Lima Wood since 2016 and this is the first time I am able to make a positive review!! Thanks Michelle you are the best!!
